Buzzrita Privacy Policy

Yukinon Lab ("we") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user personal information in the web application "Buzzrita" ("Service").
1. Information We Collect
(1) Account Information (when using Google login)
- Google account display name
- Email address
- Profile image URL
These are obtained with user consent via Google OAuth 2.0 (through Supabase Auth).
(2) Service Usage Data
- Text entered for assessment (SNS post drafts)
- Assessment results (buzz score, improvement suggestions, etc.)
- Assessment history
- App settings (theme, language, history save on/off)
(3) Payment Information (Pro Plan)
Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.'s payment infrastructure. Sensitive payment data such as credit card numbers is processed and stored by Stripe directly and never stored on our servers. We only retain Stripe customer ID, subscribed plan type, and billing period.
(4) Automatically Collected
- IP address (server logs)
- Browser type and version
- Access date and time
- Cookie information for Google AdSense advertising (Free plan users)
2. How We Use Information
- Providing, operating, and improving the Service
- User authentication and account management
- Running the assessment feature (including sending text to AI)
- Storing and displaying assessment history
- Processing and managing Pro Plan payments
- Serving advertisements (Google AdSense, Free plan users)
- Service announcements (important Terms changes, etc.)
- Preventing unauthorized use
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not provide user personal information to third parties except as follows.

4. Data Storage
- User data is stored on Supabase (AWS infrastructure).
- All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
- Database access is restricted via Row Level Security (RLS) so users can only access their own data.
5. Data Retention
- Account information: retained until account deletion
- Assessment history: retained per user settings (Free: last 10 entries, Pro: up to 500)
- Payment information: retained by Stripe per their policies (not retained by us)
- Server logs: retained up to 90 days then automatically deleted
6. User Rights
Right of Access — You may request disclosure of your data.
Right of Rectification — You may request correction of inaccurate data.
Right of Deletion — You may request account deletion. All associated data will be deleted.
Right of Cancellation — Pro Plan can be cancelled anytime from within the app.

7. Cookies
- Authentication Cookie: required for maintaining login state (essential)
- Advertising Cookie: for Google AdSense (Free plan only; Pro plan users do not see ads)
Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not intentionally collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to Policy
We may update this Policy as needed. For important changes, we will notify users via in-app notifications or email. Updated policies take effect upon posting on this page.
