Buzzrita Terms of Service

Article 1 (Service Overview)

The Service is a web application (PWA) that uses AI to assess the viral potential of social media posts. Users input post text and receive AI-generated scoring, improvement suggestions, and rewrite proposals.

Article 2 (Accounts and Eligibility)

1. The Service may be used as a guest (anonymous), but some features require login with a Google account.
2. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
3. Users under 13 years of age may not use the Service.

Article 3 (Pricing Plans)

1. The Service offers a free "Free Plan" and a paid "Pro Plan".
2. The Pro Plan costs ¥980/month (tax included) or ¥7,800/year (tax included).
3. The Pro Plan renews automatically — monthly plans on the same date each month, annual plans on the same date each year.
4. Payment is accepted only via credit card through Stripe.
5. We may change pricing with advance notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal after notification.

Article 4 (Cancellation)

1. The Pro Plan can be cancelled at any time from the in-app settings.
2. Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
3. No pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations.

Article 5 (Refunds)

1. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided.
2. However, if a technical issue prevents you from using the Service entirely, please contact us and we will address it individually.

Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following when using the Service:

1. Actions that interfere with Service operations (mass automated requests, unauthorized access, etc.)
2. Unauthorized access or reverse engineering of the Service's API or systems
3. Actions that infringe the rights of other users or third parties
4. Requests to assess content that violates laws or public morals
5. Using the Service to spread fraud, spam, or misinformation
6. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Article 7 (AI Assessment Disclaimer)

1. Buzz scores, improvement suggestions, and rewrite proposals are AI predictions and do not guarantee actual SNS performance.
2. We accept no responsibility for any damages (including backlash, account suspension, reputational harm, etc.) resulting from posts based on AI assessment results.
3. Users make all final posting decisions at their own responsibility.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

1. All intellectual property rights in the Service's UI, design, logos, and software belong to us.
2. Rights to text input by users remain with the users.
3. AI-generated rewrite proposals and other outputs may be freely used by users.

Article 9 (Service Changes/Interruption/Termination)

1. We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.
2. We accept no responsibility for damages incurred by users due to Service changes, interruption, or termination.
3. In the event of Service termination, we will endeavor to notify users with reasonable advance notice.

Article 10 (Personal Information)

User personal information is handled in accordance with our separately defined Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

1. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we accept no responsibility for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
2. Even where we bear responsibility, our liability is capped at the total fees paid by the user to us in the preceding 12 months.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

1. We may amend these Terms as necessary.
2. Amended Terms take effect upon posting on the Service.
3. For important changes, we will notify users via in-app notifications or email.

Article 13 (Governing Law / Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. For any disputes relating to these Terms, the Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
